Return Conditions
• You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products such as cosmetics, lashes, or hair products cannot be returned.
• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item
1. Email info@be-glamourous.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer care team will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
