Refund policy

At Be Glamourous, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return process smooth and elegant.

Return Conditions:

• Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products (cosmetics, lashes, hair products) cannot be returned.

• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email info@be-glamourous.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You’ll receive detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Ship the item securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect.

• Our team will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges:

• For a different shade, product, or size, place a new order after your refund is processed, or contact us for personalized assistance.
